The Inside Sales Supervisor:



  • Supervise/train/mentor Inside Sales Specialist team members.
  • Responsible for ensuring Inside Sales Specialists - International are following all applicable procedures, safety guidelines, training, policies and standards.
  • Supervise and assist with all tasks defined for Inside Sales Specialists including daily orders, phone calls and email correspondence.
  • Assist Director/Manager in selection, training, effective development, coaching and performance evaluation of employees.
  • Work effectively with Manager to maintain interdepartmental cooperation and respect.
  • Works with sales manager to increase sales by managing quote requests, sales leads, and analysis of sales data and trends.
  • Direct and communicate with the team to promote accuracy and efficiency for the quality of sales operations through effective time management of the team.
  • Participate in project, process improvement and new product development teams; assist with writing and drafting work instructions and job aids.
  • Provides technical support to the client base to include product specifications and suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Manage special fees for international customers.
  • Manage forms, certificates, and other documents needed for international customers.
  • Assist in creating SOP's, WI's, CO's and forms needed for international distribution.
  • Work with operations (manufacturing) to forecast specific allograft needs and identify allograft modifications to meet customer demand.
  • Travel to international trade show events to promote Solvita when needed.
  • Handles requests for quote by providing pricing and product availability.
  • Processes customer returns and claims in a timely manner and initiates corrective action if necessary.
  • Involved in cross-functional projects impacting multiple department initiatives within the organization.
  • Confers with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate receipt of products.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:.



  • Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
  • Associates degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of applicable inside sales/customer service experience


Work Environment/Physical Activities:



  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Some travel may be necessary to attend trade shows.
  • Flexible work schedule 5-10%.
