To best serve our customers, we are increasing our presence within our Service Center located in Houston. This supports our mission of providing safe and high-quality service that is performed with great efficiency to our customers. As a Service Technician, you are an important part of this mission. You will be close to your customers and service all our pumps and products to provide a great customer experience. You will report to the Operations Manager in our Deer Park facility.



  • You will perform the maintenance, servicing, and commissioning of API 610 and other centrifugal pumps.
  • You will participate in the evaluation, quoting service prices, national and international field service, start-up assistance and troubleshooting of centrifugal pumps, warranty claims and inspection of incoming pumps.
  • You will keep up to date with product knowledge through reading manuals and standards and participating in training programs.
  • You will apply high engineering standards and maintain a professional demeanor at customer sites.
  • You will diagnose mechanical faults, ensure administration of paperwork is completed by the customer, advise users on pump operations and maintenance, and promote new business opportunities.
  • You will support and develop the local customer base, maximizing time efficiency, and preparing detailed service reports.
  • You will assemble and disassemble pumps, inspect components, fabricate seal flush tubing, install seal components, conduct pump hydrostatic testing, balancing impellers, perform mechanical seal air testing, and align pumps to drivers.
