GeneralSummary....

TheWarehouse Worker is responsible for the accurate receiving, moving, storing,and shipping of product to meet

companystandards of safety, security and productivity, mobilediagnostics and testing of mobile phones and perform mobile phone partsqualification test from parts supplier. This position is responsible forproduct safety, quality, and legality.

This position will beresponsible for.....

  • Load and unloadmaterials on to, and/or off delivery vehicles, pallets, platforms, skids, orlifting device.
  • Accurately selectingproduct according to the customer's order specifications.
  • Pulling and preparingproduct for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product isloaded and shipped.
  • Perform picking/packingduties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
  • Test to validate thesoftware to determine functionality of the repaired device.
  • Document, inspect andassess performance and/or appearance to repair and/or restore to original state.
  • Buff and polish deviceto carrier standards
  • Utilize operation RadioFrequency (RF) terminals for various functions including picking, quality,inventory, shipping, etc.
  • Determine theappropriate destination of product by scanning packages, reading labels andcharts, verifying numbers
  • and sort packagesaccordingly.
  • Maintain the facility'sequipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
  • Keep appropriaterecords and reports to guarantee accuracy of inventory.
  • Participate in physicalinventories and cycle counts.
  • Check or count productsfor accuracy and or damage/ infestation.
  • Become knowledgeable ofthe responsibilities, procedures, and duties of other areas of the warehouse ifnecessary.
  • Perform labeling,sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed.
  • May or may not beresponsible for operating warehouse and computer equipment.
  • Perform work safely andin accordance with company and customer standards and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties asassigned.

Education/Experience
  • Minimum 0-2years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Customer servicedriven.
  • Warehouse ManagementSystems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience preferred.
  • Strong sense of urgency;flexibility in meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention todetail and quality.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements

  • Ability to use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel.
