Zayo is seeking a Service Delivery Design and Engineering Tech Ito join our skilled team of network professionals who are responsible for the configuration, installation, testing, and activation of telecommunications equipment and customer services. The Service Delivery Design and Engineering Tech I will have a basic understanding of Ethernet, WAN, DIA and Cloudlink solutions. They will work with minimal supervision under the direction of the Install Managers and Leads. The Service Delivery Design and Engineering Tech I is required to effectively communicate with internal Service Delivery personnel and Zayo's customers on the progress of the order fulfillment and turn-up assistance. They will ensure that all work adheres to Zayo's strict quality standards for ongoing customer support. *This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the USA. Responsibilities:
