As a Program Manager Regional Maxima, Cloud Operations + Innovation, you will operate within a robust and impactful team focused on managing the customer and internal growth within our regions. You will be instrumental in working across the company to ensure the health of our Commercial Cloud expansion exceeds customer expectations. Your pivotal role encompasses refining our region management process to prioritize our customers so that they can grow across all Azure Regions and communicating the strategy across Microsoft. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 50%.
ResponsibilitiesForge and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders and partners across the organization, Azure Core Compute Capacity Teams as well as Business Planning, Azure Marketing and in some cases, Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS)Leverage your business acumen and technical expertise to bolster ongoing customer engagement (internal and External) guaranteeing that our region strategy resonates with customer expectations and that all stakeholders understand the risk of non-performance.
