ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will bring a combination of finance and business acumen, leadership, and influencing skills to this space to drive outstanding financial results in close alignment with our business partners. The role is to work with cross-functional teams on long range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and go to market execution across a portfolio of programs. Perform analysis and research of present and future performance to deliver key business insights and recommended growth strategies. Provide insightful financial analysis of business results, including monthly financial reviews with senior leadership Build financial forecasts to enable predictability and accuracy. Proactively understand risks and opportunities. Develop long range plans and business scenario analysis Partner and influence key Stakeholders across cross-functional teams. Work closely with other team members across teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and key business assumptions. Build solid working relationships that foster an environment of collaboration and information exchange. Develop reports and communications that are audience specific to ensure clarity, drive alignment, and enable effective management and decision-making Improve efficiency and effectiveness of core finance activities through enhanced reporting, automation, process excellence and detailed analytics.
