SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking a driven and experiencedGeneral Superintendentfor our growing Highway and Bridge team. The General Superintendent will primarily work on highway and bridge projects in the North East, MD area and Delmarva Peninsula. The General Superintendent is responsible for the coordination of resources required to successfully complete highway and bridge projects safely, on schedule and within budget. The General Superintendent manages manpower and equipment for the division. A full understanding of the construction process for highway and bridge projects is required.

A successful candidate should possess an applicable construction field experience, computer skills, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
