Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Palm Bay, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Provides administrative support to senior executive staff.
  • Handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
  • Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
  • Prepares presentation materials for the board of director meetings.
  • Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Highly developed support individual contributor.
  • Act as a mentor to lower-level peers and guide tasks.
  • Makes recommendations for solutions.
  • Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
  • Works autonomously.
  • Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach an agreement.
  • Work is structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
  • Uses knowledge and experience to resolve issues.
  • Works to achieve operational targets within the job area which has an impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
  • Work is of larger scope, typically on less structured task-related activities requiring judgment.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30.00/hr

Hours: 9/80 hours per week(1ST shift)

Length: Temp to Perm (12 Months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft Outlook and Book travel and Expense reports in Concur.

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate Degree
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Confidentiality and discretion when communicating with high-level executives.
  • Willingness to help and be a team player.
  • Team oriented
  • Clear communication by phone and email, document creation

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
