Description

Hiring a QMS & Compliance Coordinator for a well-branded Buffalo NY purging and plastics manufacturer. This role is Direct Hire w/Benefits, pay range $45 - 55K (DOE), with a Mon - Fri / Days schedule. Will manage meeting compliance demands, report and document industry regulatory demands and maintain accurate reports and processes.

Job Details:

  • Position Type: Direct Hire / Full Time / Permanent
  • Salary Expectations: $45 - 55K (DOE)
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri / 8am - 4:30pm
  • Work Location: Depew, NY

Work Duties "At-a-Glance":

  • Responsive support of commercial business for sales, purchasing, etc*for EHS&G related compliance demands
  • Knowledgeable resource of REACH/SVHC and related compliance requirements
  • Business awareness to identify potential evolving regulatory demands
  • Complete, submit, and archive information for Suppliers and Customers review
  • Collaborate with Suppliers to develop a 'pass through' compliance process and reports
  • Maintain company's database with accurate documents and responses for archived reference
Job Requirements

Required Work Skills and Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years for QMS and Compliance career experience
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Must be a team player and willingness to support others within the organization

Preferred Work Skills and Qualifications:

  • AS Degree in a related field
  • Manufacturing or industrial background
