Senior Manager - Total Rewards - Hybrid

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Leads a team with responsibility for total rewards, including compensation and benefits, with a direct impact on Blattner's ability to attract and retain top talent while balancing financial and business objectives and achieving alignment of total rewards with Quanta Services.
• Drives large, complex projects and processes on matters of strategic importance to the business and the HR function.
• Influences others to drive innovative approaches to sustain a high performing culture that attracts, motivates, retains, and rewards employees.
• Ensures the effectiveness of new and existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and procedures, as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; or equivalent combinations of education and human resources experience required.
• Seven or more years of progressive benefits and compensation strategy and administration with broad exposure to multidimensional total rewards strategies and federal and state respective employment laws.
• Previous leadership experience required.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials preferred.
• Experience working with Workday.
