A Brief Overview This position will assist in overseeing and managing the accounts payable function. This role will be responsible for vendor maintenance approvals and set up. What you will do Processes approvals for 3rd Party Vendor Disbursements approvals & vendor setup Perform vendor ACH bank account validation for setup and/or changes Collaborate with offshored managed provider to resolve escalated vendor maintenance questions. Build good working relationships with provider and act as main point of contact for certain issues Physical receipt of mail/scanning (as needed) Process requests submitted through tech reimbursement program for approval Act as audit liaison between Safelite and 3rd party managed providers/customers Coordinator for CRB file failure and Non-PCI compliant processes Urgent Check printing/mailing Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Concur issues Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards What You'll Need High School Diploma Required 1-3 years Required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and thorough Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills Knowledge of basic accounting protocols Knowledge and understanding of internal controls.
