Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor, under the direct supervision of the Logistics Manager, Oversees the Night shift and all replenishment and picking functions. This person will be required to follow all Night Shift procedures and ensure that all essential job functions are completed every night. The person in the position is required to communicate with management and peers in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Ensure the Min Max Replenishment Picking is done daily.
  • Ensure that the replenishment for multiple markets is released daily.
  • Design, document, and implement standardized procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in picking and replenishment processes.
  • Manages warehouse resources in a lean environment
  • Delegate daily tasks to warehouse associates
  • Monitoring warehouse associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts/machinery.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Root cause/troubleshoot systemic transactions.
  • Print System BOM sheets.
  • Able to oversee personnel in multiple locations.
  • Must have some knowledge of Oracle ERP system.
  • Maintain company fleet.
  • Adhere to the company safety policies.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three to five years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent must be able to verify.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong working knowledge of MRP, Oracle, and Agile preferred
  • Experience with quality environments such as ISO or Lean Six Sigma
  • Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or similar process improvement experience a plus
  • Sarbanes Oxley process knowledge
