Job DescriptionThe Associate Director, Point of Care oversees and executes media programs for clients within the Point of Care (POC) space. You will manage daily team operations, building and maintaining relationships with POC media partners, and ensuring adherence to PHM's planning processes. The Associate Director will collaborate with mid-level clients, the Strategy team, and direct reports, playing an important role in project coordination and staff development. Reporting to the Director of Point of Care, this position supports client initiatives within the marketplace and strengthens PHM's partnerships in the POC sector. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and we reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
