Venable LLP's East Coast Estate Planning Group seeks a junior associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join the practice in the Washington, D.C. office. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified junior associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join a dynamic practice in a full-service, AmLaw 100 firm. The qualified candidate has a demonstrated interest in estate planning, charitable planning, and estate administration. Proficiency in drafting core estate planning documents is required. Client interaction, business development opportunities, and personal brand development are hallmarks of the associate experience within this group. We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, including those currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from relevant LLM programs. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the D.C. Bar. Please include law school transcripts with submissions. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of job related factors including, but not limited to, years of related experience, level of education, skills, credentials and certifications, responsibilities and performance.
