In this role, you will be responsible for the development, management, and coordination planning for the delivery and facilitation of technical and development programs, working with the Core Technical Training Lead. You will focus on improving Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) of operations and support personnel. You will partner with subject matter experts to collaborate on programs, deliver curriculum, and assess outcomes for enhancing the development of our team members. You collaborate on the development and delivery of professional development content to a wide range of audiences and must be comfortable delivering presentations, both in-person and using virtual digital tools. You will conduct follow-up to determine applicability of course materials. In addition, you will also partner closely with instructional designers to have end-to-end program design, delivery and improvement ownership for professional development and functional training offerings. Provides leadership and facilitates planning and implementation of various Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
