Apogee is seeking a Business Operations Analyst located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL in support of the Special Operations Forces Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (SOF AT&L) Program Executive Office for Maritime (PEO-M). What you will be doing:



  • Evaluate and recommend development plans, processes and solutions, utilizing a professional knowledge of multi-discipline digital information tools
  • Apply advanced tools to document and analyze the results of critical, complex activities and tasks
  • Assist Undersea Systems staff with the development, administration, and maintenance of Undersea NIPR/SIPR public portal pages and source selection information
  • Develop and enable the creation of an innovative SharePoint-based Contract Data Requirements List (CRDL) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) workflow
  • Maintain Undersea Systems' documentation in unclassified and classified networks
  • Coordinate Undersea Systems' DoD SAFE document data management with industry partners; track progress reviews; draft official feedback correspondence for customer review
  • Assist Undersea Systems' staff with user-level operational readiness of assigned unclassified and classified requirements
  • Analyze effectiveness and efficiency of PEO processes; develop recommendations to improve operations.
  • Support Undersea Systems daily communications readiness, posture, and execution


Minimum Requirements
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, STEM or other relevant disciplines
Years of Experience: 10 years of experience with DoD staff operations



  • 4 years of experience conducting knowledge management operations


  • Experience and/or qualified as an MS SharePoint Portal Server Administrator capable of performing administrative tasks such as creating/modifying sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows


  • Experience in CDRL and ECP database process routing and archiving


  • Experience with DoD SAFE file coordination with industry
