(hybrid role based from our Austin, Texas office) Primary responsibility of the Category Manager, Indirect Procurement is to support Information Technology and Marketing within Forcepoint Indirect Procurement team, both domestically and internationally. This position is a strategic position with oversight over sourcing and Procurement processes. You'll be instrumental for driving and managing best practices and sourcing initiatives for Indirect spend within global IT and Marketing functions. The Category Manager, Indirect Procurement will be also helping in other indirect areas such as HR Services, Professional Services, Travel and Hospitality, Meeting and Events, Facility Management, Real Estate. This role is responsible for the development of category sourcing strategies, as well as being directly responsible for the execution of these strategies, including day-to-day interaction with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply of quality goods and services at optimum cost.
