Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Rockledge, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs administrative tasks for the administration group including Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Contracts, the President, and COO.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Monitor log book and issue visitor badges in compliance with MSP GA-001.
  • Update the welcome board with visitor information.
  • Coordinate lunch/refreshments for guests as requested by management.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, and faxing.
  • Open, sort, and deliver daily mail.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week

Length: Temp to Direct

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to be highly organized and focused, detail-oriented, able to respond to change quickly, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate is frequently needed to stand, walk, and sit.
  • Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hand and arms; talk and hear.
  • The associate occasionally lifts/and moves up to 10 pounds.
