Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Primary Accountabilities
*Lead in the planning and development of complex and/or strategic analysis used by business partners and divisional leadership.
*Represent the division in presentation of analyses to divisional leadership on a regular basis and occasionally to executive leadership.
*Utilize advanced modeling techniques to appropriately analyze the financial and growth implications of various solutions.
*Use advanced data mining and statistical techniques to find relationships in data to drive decisions.
*Research, design, and develop more complex and comprehensive management reports as requested for all levels of management.
*Work with divisional leadership to determine and develop appropriate metrics to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve business results.
*Actively participates as the financial expert and represents Finance on critical cross-functional teams.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
*Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
*Demonstrated experience in financial statement and management reporting.
*Demonstrated experience with complex financial and operational analysis.
*Extensive knowledge and understanding of forecasting techniques, statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
*Extensive knowledge and understanding of insurance accounting and operations.

3+ years financial analysis experience.

Bachelor's degree in business.

Licenses:

*Up to 5%.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; or Boston, MA 02110.
