Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping people protect their auto and home? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Licensed Inside Sales Representative.

Starting base pay is $23/hour with uncapped bonus potential in addition to your base pay! Average variable compensation is roughly $2,000 per month but can vary and could be up to $,7000 or higher. Variable compensation is expected to grow as we expand business in multiple states.

You will assist clients via warm leads to educate, provide quotes and sell any, or all insurance products. This is done by demonstrating advantages of our products, services and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase.

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

By utilizing your bilingual skills, you will get a 7% shift premium.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Quotes and sells any, or all, of the following insurance products - automobile, homeowners and umbrella insurance.
  • Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales by phone or email to prospective clients.
  • Attend required training, on-going training, meetings, one on ones, and continued education requirements to maintain active property casualty license.
  • Demonstrate advantages of our products, services and benefits while also overcoming objections to purchase.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes to clients.
  • Experience prioritizing sales opportunities based on ICP on multiple computer systems/screens during a quote.
  • Explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.

In this primarily home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home, proximate to one of our office locations. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.

Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based on the needs of the role.

Core business hours are 7am to 10pm CT Monday-Friday and 8:30am-7pm Saturdays

New hire shifts will be evening shifts generally working no later than 8pm local time. All new hires will work a 9 hour Monday with a 7 hour shift later in the week.

All agents will work a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation with a comp day following their Saturday (generally a Wednesday or Thursday)

Training hours are 9:30am-6pm - No Time off allowed during training hours (Training is approximately 6 weeks)

Licenses

  • You must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License. Amfam Group will pay to maintain your licenses after hire along with all CE requirements.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10%.

  • Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
