Job Overview: As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting our Salesforce environment. This role involves working closely with end users to gather business requirements, provide training, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will also play a key role in quality assurance (QA), ensuring that any changes to the Salesforce platform meet business needs and maintain system integrity.

Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus), Salesforce CPQ, and other GTM tools like (Clari, LeanData, D&B, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including security, data management, and automation tools.
  • Experience with user management, profiles, roles, territories, permission sets, creating and customizing reports and dashboards in go-to-market tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in user support and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in quality assurance, including testing Salesforce and CPQ configurations and customizations to ensure they meet business requirements.


Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a point of contact for Salesforce and support, assisting end users and resolving issues.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce features, including custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into effective GTM solutions.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure data security and access control.
  • Develop and maintain process automation to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on Salesforce configurations and customizations to ensure they meet business needs and maintain system integrity.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation to promote best practices and increase user adoption.

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
