Job Description Summary

The Business Analyst - Data Integrations role is for a multi skilled Technology Professional, ideally with a Commercial Real Estate background and knowledge of Technology Requirements, Data Integration, Solution Design and Implementation of technology solutions in a matrix, global business.

Job Description

  • The candidate will help drive the technology strategy and solutions to support business transformation and execute the Company's growth initiatives in the chosen market and support alignment and delivery of technology globally.

    The role will be a key part of the Operations division and the candidate will need the ability to undertake tactical activities to support delivery of a varied range of Data, Technology and Strategic solutions for the business

    This exciting role will have a positive impact on our business and client experience. The successful candidate will be able to exhibit a broad range of skills, abilities, whilst assuming responsibility at various points of the project lifecycle, particularly as they relate to:

    * Data Integration Technology

    * Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

    * Project Delivery

    Core Responsibilities:

    Business & Technology Analysis

    * Work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance and Purchasing colleagues to create solutions for specific business challenges

    * Identifying as is/ to be/gap analysis/business requirements/business process for integration related initiatives

    * Manage and support data analysis and data migration activities

    * Support enterprise digital strategy and organizational change

    * Review, evaluate, recommend, and where appropriate support enhancements to existing business processes and operations

    * Proactively monitor industry, functional and technology trends as they relate to data integrations, data strategy and cloud related data operations

    * Position integrations as a value-added service to our business colleagues, articulating their value based upon business user's strategy, objectives, issues and direction

    * Develop a deep understanding of all data related products to effectively communicate the value of data integrations to our clients and business

    * Identify innovations in Data & Integrations which could add value to business strategies

    * Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and business or technology stakeholders

    * Work closely with colleagues to support development of business cases

    Delivery

    * Work closely with colleagues to support development & delivery of business cases

    * Co-ordinate meetings, workshops, colleagues, and vendors to, where appropriate

    * Gather requirements

    * Facilitate delivery of agreed integration solutions

    * Lead on certain initiatives

    * Support the definition and execution of test cases

    * Support Project Delivery teams to achieve positive outcomes as defined within approved business cases

  • Qualifications & Experience

    * 3-5+ years of business / technology analysis specifically in the area of Data integration technologies, Mainly Microsoft SharePoint, PowerBI, Tableau, Triana (or equivalents) technologies: Data Migration, API Manager & Cloud integration technology, CMMS systems.

    * 3-5+ years of experience in the commercial real estate or equivalent experience in a technology department of global organization.

    * A solid blend of experience across business operations, technology & project delivery.

    * Excellent written and oral communication skills

    * Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences

    Other requirements:

    * Fluent in English, other languages beneficial

    * When required, ability to work out of core hours

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
