How you can make a difference

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Plotly-Dash and Power BI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that drive data-driven decision-making. You will also build prototypes, create demos and videos, and present them to stakeholders, along with developing media materials to effectively showcase your solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data science, data engineering, and product and technology teams to deliver innovative and actionable insights.

What you'll be doing

    Develop interactive, visually compelling data products using Plotly-Dash and Power BI for advanced data visualization.
  • Report and Dashboard Development: Create interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into actionable BI solutions.
  • Design and maintain scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports, following data visualization best practices for an intuitive user experience.
  • Build prototypes, create demos and videos, and present them to stakeholders.
  • Develop media materials to showcase and communicate BI solutions effectively.
  • Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integration and accuracy.
  • Partner with front-end developers to seamlessly integrate BI solutions into applications.
  • Perform data analysis to extract valuable insights and support business decision-making

What you will need to be successful

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in BI development with a focus on front-end technologies.
  • Proven expertise as a BI Developer with skills in Python and Power BI for dashboard and report development.
  • Deep knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
  • Experience in creating custom, interactive dashboards and reports using Plotly Dash and Power BI.
  • Experience in building prototypes, creating demos, and producing engaging presentation materials (videos, demos) to showcase solutions.
  • Background in data analysis, with a proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.

Salary Range

$83500.00 To $129000.00 / year

The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
