Program Overview Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate candidate to fill the role of Program Director for our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in San Bernardino, CA. The selected candidate will be leading and managing the daily operations of the program through recruiting, training and providing supervision and development to staff members, while ensuring that the program is operating in a manner that exemplifies CSI's values, including principles of diversity, equity and inclusion. MAP is an innovative program dedicated to engaging the community and providing rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals. We focus on promoting long-term, self-sustaining skills through vocational training and personal development services. This unique model hosts a variety of sub-contractors at one site to reduce barriers for clients. Position Overview
