Responsibilities

The Sponsor is dedicated to providing Information Technology (IT) solutions to the Customer and Intelligence Community know as Mission Partner. As a Working Capital business enterprise, the sponsor does not receive Congressional appropriations; it relies primarily on pricing of products and services in order to achieve full cost recovery from mission partners for provided services.

The Sponsor requires a Systems Integrator (SI) with experience and expertise in working within the organization structure. The SI will develop, monitor, and modify all workflow processes. The SI will also be responsible for understanding and using a variety of Sponsor systems required for implementing work to be performed by the customer including Projects, Tasks, Change Request, Incidents, and other Enterprise Tools. The SI will participate in activities surrounding licensing negotiation, ordering tracking, and delivery.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process to order and track procurements for voice related equipment
  • Process for storing, tracking, and delivering equipment to and from warehousing facilities
  • Processes for Property Turn In for retired equipment
  • Processes for scheduling design reviews
  • Processes for communication with specific mission partner prior to implementation
  • Processes for communication and approval of implementation activities through multiple customer organizations
  • Processes for reporting metrics on results of implementation efforts
  • Develop and modify dashboards, and monitor progress of the implementation teams
  • Attend and report on activities on the daily IT call
  • Interact with organizations on planning and progress of network deployments to support planning efforts
  • Plan, organize, and document regular and ad hoc meetings
  • Document and publish meeting discussions and management of share drive structure
  • Organize and guide activities related to site surveys and marketing efforts for the projects

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline: BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
  • Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations
  • Ability to assist in the preparation of management plans and reports
  • Ability to maintain correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums, and compose correspondence
  • Ability to compose technical documents including user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
  • Ability to fully perform tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating and publishing of information and statistical data

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
