Job Summary

* Provide service drive process consulting to improve financial performance and the customer experience.

* The service performance consultant will be responsible for performance improvement for dealership service professionals with a focus on Customer Promoter Score and Service Advocacy

* The service performance consultant is a primary liaison between the corporation and dealership leadership.

* They manage their own logistics and market for their consulting sessions

* They are Subject Matter Experts (SME's) helping to develop and deliver process improvements.

* They answer strategic corporate initiatives and drive that message to the retail side

* Support our corporation through their voice and actions at the retail level

* Deliver consulting to Service Advisors and Service Managers and Leadership at dealerships on profitability and process.

Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years dealership service or OEM experience

* Minimum 10 years of service consulting or fixed operations training

* Ability to effectively communicate at the leadership level to drive process improvement.

* Must be able to communicate effectively to all dealership personnel

* Must possess strong administrative and time management skills

* Must be self-directed, motivated and enthusiastic

Audi experience preferred
