As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen.

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health (CNIH) is seeking a Project Coordinator (EXIS) who will provide critical coordination and support for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the Vaccine Tracking System (VTrckS) External Information Systems (EXIS) for the CDC's Immunization Program. This role includes programmatic and operational support to enhance EXIS functionality and integration with VTrckS.

Compensation & Benefits:



  • Estimated Starting Salary Range for Project Coordinator (EXIS): Pay commensurate with experience.
  • Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.


Project Coordinator (EXIS) Responsibilities Include:



  • Coordinate meetings and communications between CDC and awardees for VTrckS EXIS implementation.
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and executing project activities related to EXIS, including data analysis, reporting, and training.
  • Monitor project milestones, ensuring timely deliverables for EXIS interface implementation.
  • Maintain documentation and support operational readiness for enhanced VTrckS EXIS features.
  • Provide logistical support, including managing meeting minutes, agendas, action items, and stakeholder communications.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


Project Coordinator (EXIS) Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:



  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management, with a focus on health information systems.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
