Overview LMI is seeking a skilled Human Capital Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) for hybrid (in-person and remote) work. Responsibilities In this role the candidate will be required to perform the following:
Perform Workforce analytics, Employee and Customer Experience analytics, survey and Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) analysis, and the design of associated dashboards at the confluence of transformation efforts and future workforce strategy initiatives (driving retention, productivity, employee pay and process efficiency decisions)
