Data Architect

Seeking a Data Architect to join and support our federal projects. This Position requires active secret clearance.

Responsibilities

The Data Architect will be responsible for defining the structure of data, preparing documentation for database concepts, and working with data modelers to design and develop data models for structured, unstructured, and Data Lake/Lakehouse data. The candidate will also be involved in the design of data engineering.

Basic Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading increasingly complex data architecture projects
• 2 years of experience in data modeling and SQL.
• 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• 2 years of experience with data parsing and development
• 2 years of experience with the full data lifecycle, from ingest through display, in Big Data environments
• 2 years of experience effectively diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues pertaining to data, security, engineering, and architecture in enterprise-size mission environments
• 2 years of experience with standards and data issues in enterprise-size environments
• 2 years of experience managing competing priorities and communication to multiple stakeholders
• US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10.5 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience leading increasingly complex data architecture projects
• 5 years of experience in data modeling and SQL.
• 10 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• 5 years of experience with data parsing and development
• 5 years of experience with the full data lifecycle, from ingest through display, in Big Data environments
• 5 years of experience effectively diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues pertaining to data, security, engineering, and architecture in enterprise-size mission environments
• 5 years of experience with standards and data issues in enterprise-size environments
• 5 years of experience managing competing priorities and communication to multiple stakeholders
