GIS Subject Matter Expert

Integrity is looking for a dynamic Senior GIS Subject Matter Expert to support our growing Geospatial practice with our Washington, DC Metro area programs. The role will be part of a team that will support the processes by which data products would be received, reviewed, managed, and stored by Integrity within a Government system using designated geospatial formats, schema, and packaging.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of specialized experience or Master's degree plus 4 years of specialized experience or High School diploma plus 10 years of specialized experience

• Specialized experience as defined for this project includes the ability to Provide systems engineering and administration support to the Client Geospatial Management Office.

Must have Active Security Clearance to at least a Secret level (Top Secret preferred)

Desired Skillsets we are looking for but not limited to:

• Presentation skills to end-users, leadership, and conferences/ working groups
• Technical writing and presentation skills required - Strategy writing and MS Visio --or like diagrams.
• Supporting users with email, user feedback forums, and offering virtual technical services and troubleshooting
• Esri ArcPortal/AGOL understanding - some admin skills are a Plus
  
  
  
  • Configuring Web Map, Hosted Feature Services, Experience Builder, Survey 123 web and Connect
  
  
  
  
• Data Modeling, Python Programming language, HTML, SQL is a plus

• Data Catalog Maintenance and supporting artifacts, e.g., Data concept understandings (metadata, feature services (URLs), authoring user guides, 1-pagers, etc.)
• Applying and Extending Data Metric understanding. software basic use and understanding is a plus (MS Power BI, Google Analytics)
• MS PowerPoint development, Esri web application demos, weekly reporting, etc.
• ESRI Certifications is a plus
