Job Description: The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for working with Service Lines, Clinical Resource Manager as well as all of Supply Chain Category Management to provide support, analytics, and validation regarding decision making related to supplies, equipment and services being considered by the organization.Our employees, whom we call "caregivers", take pride in and live our mission of Helping People Live the Healthiest Lives Possible. Our Clinical Resource Specialist is part of our Supply Chain Clinical Resource team. Working in close partnership with Category Management, the Clinical Resource Specialist supports the Category Managers by assisting in the research of marketplace data, clinical case cost, minimize variation, product rationalization, improving clinical outcomes, improving product utilization, calculating total cost of ownership and more. The primary goal of the Clinical Resource Specialist is to provide support, VAT assigned projects, drive additional cost savings, ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness across team processes, policies, and best practices Essential Job Duties
