Job Description

You will be the part of the Azure production support team providing 24X7 support for our client facing application.

You will support the production infrastructure related issues.

You need to be well versed with support process like SOP, NOC, Handover/Takeover, following SLA.

Qualifications
  • Should have hands-on experience on ITSM Incident Management Process andITIL.
  • Must have experience in Handling critical P1/P2 issues in defined SLA.
  • Establish and maintain timely communications with all Major Incident stakeholders to ensure they are kept informed of Major Incident service improvement status.
  • Should have experience in Azure monitoring and writing query to get desired results.
  • Should have experience in creating alerts in Azure AppInsights
  • Good experience in handling requests for Azure infrastructure.
  • Experience working on Application and Server monitoring as well as Ticketing tools, ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins.
  • Good to have experience in Hosting conference calls (Technical and Business) and facilitate effective incident management throughout the incident lifecycle, in-line with agreed service definitions.
