Hourly rate of $20.00/hr on a W2 Benefits and Perks Available! *Background and Drug Testing Required* Shift is as follows Shifts- 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM ..Have to be open to both You Will be Responsible for/to: Manufacturing of parts in accordance with safety, quality and production best practices and requirements. Conduct regular inspections on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Utilize measurement tools to perform quality checks. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings and corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams to identify quality concerns and provide guidance on best practices. Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and standards. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformance issues. Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Working Conditions Physical activity is required including lifting up to 40 lbs, regularly, walking, stooping, sweeping, mopping, shoveling and repetitive motions What You Need to Bring to the Table Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Previous Manufacturing/Machine Operation experience preferred Strong mechanical skills. Basic computer skills. Basic math skills. Good interpersonal, verbal and writing skills. Ability to read and comprehend Standard Practice documents and other written instructions. Good attendance record and demonstrated reliability.
