Backend Engineer - AEM

Architectural Design and Documentation: Create detailed architectural blueprints for the implementation and integration of AEM within the existing technology stack. Ensure designs meet enterprise-level standards and are optimized for high availability, scalability, and maintainability.

Required:

* System Integration Strategy: Develop/document strategies for the integration of AEM with other enterprise solutions like CRM systems, ERP software, & custom applications via RESTful services, SOAP, and other APIs. Focus on security implications and data flow optimizations.
* Component & Template Development: Design/develop reusable AEM components & templates using HTL (HTML Template Language), JSP (JavaServer Pages), & advanced JavaScript frameworks to meet complex business requirements.
* FormBox Migration: Plan/execute the migration of forms and workflows from legacy systems to AEM Forms using FormBox. Develop scripts for automated data transformation & validation. Ensure seamless data integration and functionality with minimal downtime.
* Performance Optimization: Conduct performance tuning & optimization of AEM instances. Implement dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, & CDN integrations to enhance system performance and user experience.
* Security Implementation: Design/implement comprehensive security models within AEM to ensure data integrity and access control. Apply best practices for securing user interactions and data transactions.
* DevOps & CI/CD Automation: Establish/maintain a DevOps culture, incorporating continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git. Automate builds, testing, and deployment processes for AEM environments.
* Training & Mentoring: Provide expert level training & mentoring to junior AEM developers and other technical staff. Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct workshops on AEM best practices and advanced technical topics.
* Advanced Troubleshooting & Support: Offer high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues in AEM deployments. Implement proactive monitoring and logging solutions to preemptively address potential system failures.
* Compliance & Standards Adherence: Ensure all AEM deployments comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies. Regularly update documentation and systems to reflect changes in compliance requirements.

Estimated Min Rate: $80.00
Estimated Max Rate: $90.00
