I am working with a client that is looking for a Sr. Accounting Analyst. This position is 100% remote.

Description:


  • 5 years of professional experience is a must.
  • Strong understanding of standard procedures in general accounting, accounts payable or accounts receivable.
  • Responsible for process improvements, standardizing and streamlining procedures, creating written desktop procedures, training, metrics for business units, research and correction of reconciliation discrepancies and special projects.
  • Strong experience with MS Office applications.
  • Oracle is strongly preferred.
  • Vendor management experience is a must.
  • Responsible for reconciliations of internal accounting data systems research and resolves variances as needed.
  • Resolve discrepancies on general ledger accounts.
  • Gather and prepare metrics or assigned reporting for supported business unit.
