Engineering Specialist Category: Engineer Employment Type: Contract To Hire Reference: BH-378536 Yoh's client L3Harris is looking for a highly skilled Engineering Specialist with a strong background in RF Circuit Design and troubleshooting to the component level to join the Rochester NY. Team. Top Skills Required: RF Circuit Design Troubleshooting to component level Responsibilities: Board level modifications, troubleshooting, testing, and repairing hardware Assembly/disassembly of equipment and fixturing for tactical radio accessory products Evaluating designs for testability and working with In-Circuit Test (ICT), functional board level testing, unit and system level testing, and coverage analysis PWB level modification and build experience (SMT devices, removal, soldering) Fixture design and assembly (basic mechanical skills) Measuring key performance parameters using analyzers, generators, oscilloscopes, and meters Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711/7721 (certification preferred) Cable building and repair experience Understanding of software-defined radio products and communications Experience with automation systems including electronic test Requirements: Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, and IPC-7711/7721 (certification preferred) Bachelor's degree in electrical technology, or a 2-year degree with equivalent experience Successful completion of drug testing, criminal background check, and proof of US citizenship Contact Information: Recruiter: Patty Martin Email: patricia.martin@yoh.com Phone Number: 315-310-5455 If you have the required skills and experience, this could be a great opportunity for you!
