Information Security Analyst - REMOTE CONTRACT

Our US based cloud communications end client is in need of an Information Application Security Analyst for a 6-month CONTRACT
opportunity. Role is 100% REMOTE, first shift, M-F Eastern Time (PST), weekends off, and position starts in January 2025. Position pays a RANGE of $56-80/hr W2.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing level 1 on-call support for the Application Security team, triaging and managing vulnerability tickets efficiently and accurately, conducting thorough security reviews and threat modeling, overseeing and coordinating the Third-party pentest program logistics, and triaging Bugcrowd issues and resolve blockers in a timely manner.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in Application Security or related field REQUIRED.
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC and security best practices REQUIRED.
  
• Familiarity with common security tools and platforms REQUIRED.
  
• Experience with threat modeling and security reviews REQUIRED.
  
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously HIGHLY DESIRED.
