JOB MISSION:

This role will manage the North America Ecommerce Site with a focus on testing and personalization for the consumer experience.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Own and manage the North America eCommerce end-to-end testing process from developing business cases, gathering technical specifications, ensuring accurate tagging/tracking, setting up and executing the tests (split and multi-variate) to drive the maximum return on investment.

  • Collaborate with Global Product Managers and Global UX team to co-create the development roadmap and inform global teams about upcoming experiments. Identify potential testing optimization opportunities and coordinate timing of execution with other teams.

  • Manage testing process documentation and training materials.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key opportunities for testing and optimization.

  • Act as an ambassador for testing across NA teams to drive a testing and optimization mindset by leading regular A/B Testing planning meetings, democratizing learnings, and representing the eCommerce team across business workstreams.

  • Own and manage the relationships with our partnered testing and optimization tools, Optimizely and Content Square, as well as maximizing the utilization of the tools.

  • Conduct in-depth analysisinto market performance, channel-specific user journeys, and landing page performance.

  • Deliver succinct, meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Manage a testing and optimization library to document test learnings and share with the wider team, translating insights into best practices and next steps for other teams to action upon.

  • Collaborate with Site Experience Team and Consumer Insights & Analytics Team to strategize and execute meaningful personalization campaigns during strategic moments.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 5+ years' experience in conversion rate optimization, user experience, technical project management or in similar role in a retail brand or an agency

  • Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for Experience Optimization, A/B Testing and Personalization

  • Experience with using optimization tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty or Adobe Target

  • Highly proficient with Google Analytics, Content Square, heat-mapping, and playback session solutions

  • Strong statistical background, with proficiency using statistical methods to analyze data (sampling, variance, statistical significance, confidence intervals, regression, margin of errors, wins within confidence levels, etc.)

  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms including Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Einstein A/B test functionalities is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.

  • Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships with the key stakeholders and the team.

  • Excellent knowledge of user experience best practices and application to ecommerce environment.

  • Experience managing people and multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for enhancing the consumer journey.

Flexible Work Schedule

Our North American hybrid model encourages rich in-person experiences, showcasing our commitment to teamwork and connection, while maintaining flexibility for associates. New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our offices are fully open, and amenities are available across our North American office locations. To continue our focus on hybrid work we have introduced "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) for four weeks per calendar year.
