Pricing Analyst



  • Salary Range: $66,560.00 to $70,000.00 depending on experience.


Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology, has an excellent opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to work at our headquarters located in Lake Forest, CA.

Summary: Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics.

Responsibilities:



  • Responds to daily pricing requests from all channels for all product categories, RFP pricing including bid submissions.
  • Projects impact of pricing changes, individual promotions, and related rebate programs on revenue. Ensures company profit targets are protected.
  • Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
  • Maintains Oracle price files.
  • Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with products/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Coordinate product pricing with Operations to ensure timely shipment of products at expected profitability.
  • Conducts research and performs competitive pricing
  • Monitors ongoing pricing environments to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction.
  • May implement and prepare Identify and report on critical trends and make recommendations to management.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years pricing analysis or related analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze non routine data, interpret bids and make recommendations.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (incl macros and Excel functions).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Outlook).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
