Job Summary

An Electrical Engineering Intern is responsible for assisting the Engineering Team in projects and tasks associated with the development of innovative Nordson EFD products. Interns will work on projects designed to help them gain real-world, hands-on experience working independently under an assigned supervisor. The internship presents the opportunity to work and learn in a multidisciplinary environment.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Configure, characterize and test circuits/evaluation kits to help make design choices.
  • Design and simulate analog and digital circuits.
  • Program microcontrollers.
  • Document design and test results.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Must have completed Junior yearat start of internship/Co-op.

Skills and Abilities

  • Exposure to analog and digital circuit design.
  • Programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications required (Word, Power point and Excel)
  • Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn.
