**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Position reports to the Manager Culinary or Operations Manager, Food & Nutrition Services or designee. Provide support for the main kitchen of the Food & Nutrition Department including set up all stations and perform positions, break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized. Perform floor stock procedures. Clean and sanitize equipment, and food surfaces according to procedures. Assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale. Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions. Performs other reasonable duties as assigned Qualifications
