Live Event and Creative Video Producer

The Corporate Communications Group delivers world-class communications to inform and engage keystakeholders and bring Lam's brand to life on a global scale. They lead our internal andexecutive communications, executive thought leadership, social presence, and philanthropicefforts through volunteering and the Lam Foundation.

In this role, you will:

Own overall event production, including pre-production logistics planning, onsite execution, and post-event wrap up for global All Employee Meetings.
Communicate and collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to establish run of show and execute live event deliverables.
Own responsibility for delivering compelling internal events with high employee engagement.
Execute the creation of creative videos, including managing remote field shoots. Shoot b-roll, interviews, a-roll and more with a focus on executive communications that are shot in-studio, in the field, and at live events.
Direct C-level on-screen talent.
Write scripts.
Manage vendor relationships.
Tackle multiple projects simultaneously.

• What We're Looking For:
  
  10-12 years of professional video production experience. Expert corporate event producing and creative video production skills.
  7+ years of professional experience directing C-level executives on camera.
  7+ years of live broadcast and streaming project experience.
  Calm under pressure, exhibiting sound judgment in decision making.
  Strong attention to detail.
  Solid project leadership skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Create and manage production schedules & timelines in connection with the assigned TD and area producers
  Able to successfully deliver events adhering to venue requirements, fire and space regulations, environmental impacts, and health & safety constraints.
  Budget management proficiency/understanding of business acumen.
  Ability to work independently without supervision, self-directed and self-motivated.
  Ability to work collaboratively with people and departments.
  Must have the flexibility to travel for productions, as needed.
  Proficiency in the Microsoft tool suite.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
