Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) team in People & Culture is seeking an intern for Fall 2024! This virtual internship will provide you an opportunity to lead and work with the HRBP team and engage in various generalist tasks and other HR-related projects.

What You'll be Doing (Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Impact)




  • You will familiarize yourself with the tools & software that HRBPs at Save the Children utilize (i.e., UKG Pro, LinkedIn, ChildPlus, Cornerstone, SharePoint etc.)
  • You will support in moving ongoing SCUS and Head Start projects/tasks forward
  • You will liaise between the HRBP team and the Fall 2024 interns/fellows
  • Support other special projects and initiatives related to process improvement and management support



Required Qualifications



  • Must be an actively enrolled Associate, Bachelor, Master or other post high school education program, or have graduated within 6 months of program start date
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English,
  • Demonstrate collaborative interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully within a team
  • Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams

Compensation: $17 / hour

Hours: 24 hours per week
