The Position
Responsibilities: The responsibilities for this position may include, but are not limited to: Strategic Leadership As a Campus Manager with a focus on technical knowledge and strategic leadership, your responsibilities will include:
Member of the Facilities Operations & Maintenance (FOM) leadership team, which is tasked with accountability for all work performed by Upper Campus Participate in monthly group, manager, and Site Operations staff meetings. This includes, but is not limited to Operational Efficiencies, Extended SOLT and Manager Effectiveness workshops. Support department leadership to strengthen and monitor the effectiveness of critical business processes including audit readiness and response, work order delivery, facilities asset management and financial management Providing operational, technical, and compliance leadership within the SSF Site Operations FOM organization. Responsible for providing leadership to the campus teams, overseeing and coordinating operations, ensuring campus project deliveries targets are fully met. Building a culture of engrained quality, customer service, safety, and innovation. Drive performance, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Lead, coach, guide, develop, and direct staff, the facility team, and contractors to ensure overall team performance, including delivering on all agreed upon customer performance expectations and service levels to achieve and exceed FOM standards for excellence. Meet regularly throughout the year with manager and staff 1:1 on job accountabilities and objectives to receive / provide feedback on performance including progress on goals and objectives for you and your staff. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $125,900.00 - $233,700.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
