  Prepare journal entries and assist in month end close process, including account reconciliations

  
  
• 
  

  Investigate inventory variances, gather and analyze inventory data, produce regular inventory reports, and update general ledger

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with financial statement audits and year end close including equipment testing

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with communications to the Field Service and Equipment Coordinator teams

  Ad hoc requests and research as needed

  
  

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• 
  

  Must be currently enrolled at time of internship as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accounting or finance program

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work 16 hours per week

  
  

The base pay range of $12/hour represents the hiring pay for undergraduate and $15/hour for graduate applicants that meet the minimum qualifications. Actual pay can vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The hiring pay listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include Benco Bucks, hands-on job experience, and potential full-time employment.
