Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position $40,812-$55,387. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Acquisition Support Specialist II who can assist the acquisition team with a variety of administrative tasks relating to the efficient execution of acquisition strategies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting senior leadership.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
* Assist in managing and maintaining acquisition documentation, contracts, and procurement files.
* Support the preparation of acquisition-related reports, briefings, and presentations.
* Assemble or review new pre-procurement packages
* Research/assemble support documentation
* Validate data, assess financial and contractual issues
* Document findings
* Provide input to reports
* Assemble documents needed to advertise, solicit, construct, administer and or close out Government contract vehicles
* Assist in close out activities of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and interagency agreements.
* Perform other duties, as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
* Two (2) years of experience performing equivalent duties
Education Requirements: 24 semester hours of business-related college courses is required. (Educational requirement may be substituted with High School Degree or High School Equivalency (HSE) or General Education (GED) or Test assessing secondary completion (TASC) Certificates and three (3) years of experience performing equivalent acquisition support duties)
Other Required Skills & Abilities:
* Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract.
* Experience in automated systems and software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and teleconference applications.

This position supports a U.S. Government Contract whose terms require Sawdey Solution Services to staff it only with U.S. Citizens.
