As a Marketing Manager for our US Anesthesia business, you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. What you'll be doing

As an Anesthesia Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our anesthesia products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, build captivating marketing content, and drive sales growth.

  • Create and implement marketing strategies for anesthesia products and solutions, including product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, product management, and medical affairs to gather customer insights and develop marketing strategies that address their needs.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including product brochures, sales presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media, and website content, to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
  • Establish digital marketing initiatives for the Pharmaceutical Anesthesia portfolio, including all aspects of downstream customer-facing digital marketing engagement, measurement, and capability expansion
  • Analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead and manage the Vaporizer compliance customer list to ensure all customers have up to date agreements and are compliant to their MCV requirements.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to implement marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other partners.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to ensure our marketing strategies are effective and compliant.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5 plus years proven experience in downstream marketing, preferably in the Anesthesia therapeutic, pharmaceutical, medical device space.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Outstanding creative, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to construct persuasive marketing content.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
  • Possesses strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with anesthesia market and regulatory requirements is a plus.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary range for this position is $104,000 - 143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
