Customer Success Manager - Hummel Grafton, WI

If you have an eye for detail, a drive to succeed, with a passion for the apparel industry, this could be the right opportunity for you. Hummel is adding a full time Customer Success Manager to their growing team in Grafton, WI.

Responsibilities:



  • Ensure Hummel Pro Clients receive the highest level of customer service
  • Oversee day to day communication with Hummel Pro NA Clubs
  • Assist in Social Media strategy, activations and account posts
  • Understand and execute company directives to align with overall marketing strategies
  • Support in day-to-day budget planning and revenue goals per account
  • Manage product orders, order fulfillment, and sales tracking
  • Manage logistics platform and communicate tracking details to all accounts
  • Assist in B2B tracking, promo spends, and contract triggers
  • Product knowledge around Hummel custom, stock and lifestyle ranges
  • General understanding of size ranges and garment knowledge
  • Build club specific proposals for partnership pitches


Qualifications



  • Strong customer service skills with a background in retail, customer service or marketing
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Creative eye with an attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Canva
