Accounts Receivable Specialist

Essential or Primary / Key Responsibilities :


  • Process customer invoices accurately and timely
  • Ensure invoices are uploaded to customer portals in a timely manner
  • Process government required DD250s
  • Apply customer payments on a daily basis
  • Proactively research and resolve discrepancies on customer accounts to include open credits, unapplied payments and past due invoices.
  • Generate customer credit reports and evaluate customer credit limit/hold by analyzing credit exposure.
  • Prepare all export documentation requirements for international customers
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned



Minimum Required Qualifications :



  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Epicor experience a plus
  • Three plus years of relevant experience
  • WAWF/PIEE experience preferred
  • Experience working with customer portal uploads.
  • Effective verbal/written communication skills required for interacting with all levels of personnel within the organization.
  • Soft skills needed to be successful in this position would include team player, flexible, collaborative and has good communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be a US Citizen

This position is at our Parsippany, NJ office location.(Some travel my be required to our Montville, NJ office location)
