Tenneco is looking for an experienced, innovative, and creative Product Engineering Project Manager to support the execution of principal projects for North America within the DRiV business group.Are you passionate about the Automotive Aftermarket and have an entrepreneurial spirit? This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with Purchasing, Suppliers, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product Management and Executive Leadership to help execute DRiV's principal projects in North America. This job will require exceptional communication skills and having the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership, and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist. The ideal candidate must have a high degree of autonomy with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, develop solutions, and drive programs forward with minimal guidance. This individual must be able to think strategically and will be proficient at influencing cross-functionally and deliver strong results. This individual must have the ability to dive deep in understanding the product and the competitive landscape and build best-in-class scalable products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required, Masters' degree preferred. Experience: 5 years of experience working in the automotive aftermarket engineering; 5 years of experience in project management. Skills
